In 1983, a psychologist at Southern Methodist University named James Pennebaker started noticing something strange about the people around him.
They would go to the doctor complaining of headaches, back pain, persistent fatigue, stomach problems. The doctor would examine them, run the tests, and find nothing. No structural cause. No
